A reader wrote the following:
Nan Jennings Newcomb (Newcomb Genealogy #1920) was born 10 Oct 1853 Mattoon, Coles Co IL, son of Oliver I. Newcomb and Lavina Strobel. He married Mrs. Laura Ann Fenton Phillips about 1887, probably in Missouri. He died 10 June 1926 in Kansas City, MO. I would like to know his exact date and place of marriage.
