A reader wrote the following:
Job C. Newcomb (aka Richard/Dick Newcomb) (Newcomb Genealogy #1923) was born 4 Aug 1867 Mattoon, Coles Co IL, son of Oliver I. Newcomb and Lavina Strobel. He married 1st Anna C. White 3 Dec 1889 at Mattoon. He married 2nd Mrs. "Lockie Tourville", ca 1910-1920, probably in Saint Louis, MO. However, I have been unable to locate a record there. I would like to know the exact date and place of the second marriage. (He died December 1934 in St. Louis City, MO.)
